Rotary International District 3770 Governor-Elect Severino “Vino” Abela (RY 2004-2005) has announced the success of a seminar for his team of assistant governors last November 15-16 at the KTV Room, Grotto Vista Resort, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Dubbed as “ Institute of Assistant Governors,” the two-day conference aimed to pave the way for the new set of top officers who will direct the affairs of D-3770 next year. The district is composed of 74 Rotary clubs from Bulacan to Aparri including the Batanes Islands.

In welcoming the 18 participants, DGE Vino said, “This affair will not only involve the training and orientation of the incoming assistant governors in the Four Avenues of Service, but will also serve as a venue to prepare our colleagues for future leadership in the district.”

He also urged his team to “take it (Institute), learn from it and most of all, enjoy it with our present district leaders and co-partners in service.”

The seminar was facilitated by the District Trainer for RY 2004-2005, PDG Rodolfo “Rody” Zamora in coordination with the Office of Chief of Staff and District Secretary for Administration Jun Policarpio of RC San Jose del Monte, assisted by District Secretary for Operations Severino “Rino” del Rosario of RC Bocaue.
