PDRI Rafael “Paing” G. Hechanova of RI D-3830
RI Pres. Majiyagbe appointed PDRI Rafael “Paing” G. Hechanova to be one of four general coordinators of his programs this Rotary year. PDRI Paing will service as general coordinator for poverty alleviation. Each task force under the general coordinator will be composed of 7 to 8 area coordinators and 34 to 40 zone coordinators who will encourage Rotarians in districts and clubs around the world to develop and implement projects that “Lend a Hand” wherever it is needed, to alleviate poverty, educate the illiterate, relieve the scourge of disease and Lend a Hand of fellowship to all in the family of Rotary.

PDG Rodolfo “Rudy” S. Estrellado of RI D-3810
PDG Rudy was recently appointed to be a member of the World Affairs Committee-Asia which job is to advise the board of directors and the president on issues pertaining to changing world affairs and how they affect Rotary. He was also appointed as RI Membership Assistant Zone Coordinator. The task covers identification and implementation of membership development strategies within the assigned clubs or geographical area which will result in membership growth; through retention and club extension.
