Previous Issue - October 2002

In the traditional Filipino custom, we say "Mabuhay!" to all the delegates attending the Rotary Institute Manila 2002, especially R.I. President Bhichai Rattakul, with warm wishes for a pleasant day. It is a happy coincidence that this affair is held during the vocational service month, as it will feature discussions on the importance of vocationals in our professional and daily lives. We are certain that with all the preparations made, the institute will be a success and will achieve its objectives.
