No project is too small or insignificant to make a difference.. If you work from the heart, everything else falls into place." These words from 2002-20003 RI President Bhicahi Rattakul aptly describes his service ethics. And this year's RI theme, "Sow the Seeds of Love", will surely inspire our Philippine Rotarians to service with more compassion than ever.
