Previous Issue - July 2002

We welcome the district governors of the ten Philippine districts for Rotary year 2002-2003 who will sow the seeds of love in their respective communities. The "loving" governors, as they are fondly called, will of course count on the support and involvement of the estimated 20,000 Rotarians in the Philippines to nurture these seeds and to make them bear the fruits of service - peace and goodwill.
