Rotary International's challenge to reduce child mortality in the world and preserve the environment needs precise and effective action from Rotarians worldwide. These concerns also require the best of Rotary leaders to be equal to the task. In Zone 7B (Philippines) 2 women and 8 men have vowed to overcome the challenge and give all they have to give to make dreams in service a reality through their leadership in 2008-2009. These are the Philippines' district governors who will Make Dreams Real for the children of the world.
